KLF, Kristianstad's Warehouse Association, is an economic association owned by approximately 650 farmers in Skåne, Blekinge, and Småland. KLF purchases, processes, and sells grain, manufactures and sells feed, and engages in trade with crop production products. KLF has a turnover of about 1 billion SEK and employs around 25 people.

We have the position for you with a genuine interest in agriculture where you, together with your colleagues at KLF, will become a key player for our owners and customers! We are looking for a business-oriented crop production advisor for our market area in Skåne and Blekinge. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

You will be an important piece of the puzzle for us to offer our crop production customers the best solutions, creating the greatest possible added value. We offer an exciting and varied position where you will work in our crop production team with significant responsibility for advising and also selling inputs, as well as driving the purchases of grain from your customers and potentially taking on more purchases in the long term. Therefore, your strong knowledge in plant nutrition, plant protection, and seeds will be valuable, as well as your interest in the grain market since you will be responsible for the overall business. In this role, you will develop relationships, advise, and do business with both new and existing customers. Together with our knowledgeable crop production advisors, you will form a great team, and together with the rest of your colleagues, we create a stimulating and enjoyable workplace.

Your Background/Your Qualities

Good knowledge of crop production combined with a strong ability to create long-term relationships with our customers are important qualities for success in this role. A suitable educational background for the position is agronomist, agricultural technician, farm manager, or equivalent, combined with an understanding and interest in Swedish agriculture that you have developed through working with sales and/or advising crop production farms. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. You are computer literate, and as a person, you are a good communicator who easily creates contacts, has a positive attitude, and the ability to instill confidence. You are driven and motivated by making deals and creating results. We consider it an advantage if you have an interest or knowledge in plant protection.

The position is full-time and is a permanent employment with KLF. You will be partly working in the field, which requires a B driver's license and access to a car.
